SPIRE Wrestling Clinics are led by Head Coach and former NCAA standout, Mike Kulczycki and his staff. Coach Kulczycki has trained athletes from the developmental stage to collegiate and Olympic-level athletes. Gain valuable instructor from SPIRE’s coaching staff on elements of your skillset crucial to success on the mat including: pins, takedowns, reversals, positioning and more.
Open to boys and girls of all skill levels. Includes a SPIRE t-shirt and 90-minutes of instruction.

Day camps range from 10-18 years of age. Boarding camps range from 13-18 years of age. Select swim camps offer boarding for campers age 10-18 years of age. We recommend attending camp with a friend or family member if it is your child’s first time boarding away from home.

Campers sleep in our “SPIRE Village” on-campus dormitory houses. We have single & two-story houses. Each house includes private bathrooms & showers, a lounge area with TV, and washer & dryer for use as desired (must bring your own laundry detergent/pods).

For camps 5-days or under in duration: scavenger hunts, movie night, board games, Adrenaline Monkey Ninja Course, volleyball/kickball/pickleball, talent shows, water games (balloons/slip n’ slide). For extended training campers: all on-site activities plus off-campus excursion(s) may include Adventure Zone fun park, Geneva State Park beach on Lake Erie, shopping mall/movie, professional baseball game, sightseeing Cleveland, and more.
All meals are served at SPIRE Fuel, our cafeteria offering a rotating menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After dinner snacks and grab & go items will be available for an additional purchase.

Packages can be sent to our front office: SPIRE Camps, 5201 SPIRE Circle, Geneva, OH 44041. Campers can pick up their package(s) at the front office in the Field & Courts Building between 9am and 4pm daily.
Full refunds are accepted until 48 hours prior to the start of camp. Refunds will be given within 48 hours with a 2.5% cancellation fee. If your child gets injured before 50% of the camp is completed, a partial refund may be given should they not be able to continue participation in any capacity.
Please note, in case of rain or other inclement weather, all sports programs have a plan in place to out of the weather.
Not all camps follow the same schedule, so please refer to your SPIRE Camps confirmation e-mail sent to you one week in advance of your camp start date.
Yes! We offer a campus tour shortly upon check-in and parents are encouraged but not required to stay. Our Admissions Team is available to answer any questions you have about our Academy programs.
Parking is available in front of the main entrance to our indoor Fields & Courts building. Registration/sign-in will take place inside the main entrance on your first day of camp unless specified otherwise. Please refer to your camp confirmation e-mail you will receive one week in advance of your scheduled camp.
Yes! Our camp calendar will include weekend experiences in performance training and mental skills training to provide extended learning between camps. We encourage all campers to consider extending their time with us to maximize their experience with us.
Yes, but we recommend limiting your contact around or during training times to keep the athletes and coaches focused and on-time.
SPIRE is situated in Ohio’s Wine Country, part of the Grand River Valley. Visit one of the two dozen wineries throughout surrounding area or explore the numerous covered bridges, scenic rivers, and two state parks. Downtown Cleveland is a short 45-minute drive from SPIRE, offering tons of entertainment options like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, museums, professional sports, arts and culture.

SPIRE Camps include experiences for athletes in Basketball, Swimming, Track & Field, Lacrosse, Wrestling, E-Sports, Volleyball, Performance and more. All camps are open to boys & girls unless specified otherwise.
Please refer to our “Registration Guide” on how to register your child. From the SPIRE Camps website, find the camp of your interest and click “Register Here.” You will be prompted to complete a short info form and then be redirected to our registration platform, WellnessLiving to continue registering. You will be prompted to create a new WellnessLiving account if you have not already created one in the past. Once logged into your account, you will select from purchase options for your camp, submit payment, and be required to complete your child’s health history & camp forms.
Yes, you can register two or more children for the same camp. After creating and logging into your WellnessLiving account (see registration FAQ sheet for help), you will need to create a separate profile for each of your children before moving forward with registration. You can use one e-mail address for registering multiple children as long as you add each child to your WellnessLiving profile.

We are unable to accept your child in campus housing until their scheduled camp dates. If you need to arrive early due to your travel schedule, we can help by recommending some trusted partner hotels within a short distance from SPIRE. Campers will not be checked in until your official check-in time indicated by your final camp schedule. You will receive this 1-week prior to camp.
Yes, phones are permitted. Campers will be instructed to not use them during time that is not designated as free/down time (training, performance or mental skills training, other sport related activities).
Yes, however we will need to be notified if your child is driving themselves to camp. We will require information about the vehicle (license plate number, make, model) for security purposes. We discourage campers using ride sharing services unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from WellnessLiving shortly after completing registration. Ensure you have completed your child’s health history and camp forms in WellnessLiving. Schedule transportation or submit roommate requests as desired. Read your final confirmation e-mail sent to you 1-week prior to camp for all arrival details and camp schedule. Arrive to camp and realize your peak potential!
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
If your child is traveling as an unaccompanied minor (14 years and under), our drivers from Elite Executive Transportation will coordinate details with you to ensure the driver will be listed as the person designated to make the pick-up. Unaccompanied minors using our transportation service will be charged an $80 fee. If your child is traveling internationally, we highly recommend downloading WhatsApp to communicate with the transportation team. Upon arrival, our transportation service will accompany your child from their arrival gate to the vehicle. For departure, the driver will accompany your child from the vehicle, through baggage and security, and to their departure gate. They will wait until the plane takes off before leaving the airport.
Yes, we are able to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for your child for an additional fee. The cost is $200 for one-way (pick-up or drop-off) and $400 for round trip (pick-up & drop-off). We will require details about your child’s flight in order to have our transportation service be on-time. You will have the option to purchase ground transportation service upon registration. Transportation can be purchased after registration up to 7 days prior to the start of your camp. Contact camps@spireacademy.com for more information. We have a linen set (bottom sheet, top sheet, blanket, and pillow) available for purchase for $60.
Yes, campers will be sleeping with up to 3 other individuals in a room. Occupancy varies from week to week but the dorms are mostly full during the summer. Our Residence Life department assigns campers to rooms based on criteria: by gender, by age, by sport. Dorm houses are not co-ed and we will assign roommates within the same age and in most cases by the same sport. Assignments are subject to change.
We will do our best to not move campers after they have settled into a room. However, our team reserves the right to have campers change rooms at any point during camp for various reasons (capacity, behavior, etc.).
If your child normally handles and administers their own medication, they can continue doing so at camp. If you wish to have our staff hold and administer the medication, our Athletic Trainer will be able to accommodate your needs.
For injury, we will initially have your child seen by our Athletic Trainer to determine the severity of the injury and steps for care. Depending on the case, the trainer will recommend a pause from training, taping, or sending your child to Health Services for further evaluation. Your child’s coaches will be made fully aware of the situation. For illness, your child can alert any SPIRE staff for assistance. During evening/night hours, they will see their House Parent for help. During the daytime and normal camp hours, your child should tell their coach or any Camps staff member. We will have your child seen by the Athletic Trainer on site and determine next steps of care.
You will indicate any known food allergies and alert us of any dietary restrictions on your child’s registration form. We share this information with our kitchen prior to camp. We encourage your child to remind our kitchen staff serving food about any food related allergy that could cause a reaction.
Boarding campers receive all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Day campers receive lunch daily unless stated otherwise in the camp description.
