The AIT seminar is a two-day live, in-person course that includes the course Training Guide and access to the AIT certification exam.
Graduates of the certification course will earn the knowledge and practice the principles that will enable them to conduct fitness training for people with disabilities and maintain an inclusive setting. This course is intended for fitness trainers, medical professionals, and adaptive athletes.
