SPIRE Academy is pleased to announce a six-week leadership & resiliency program commencing on January 7th, 2024, focusing on the development of essential leadership skills, effective player/coach communication and resilience in both sports and life. The program, led by Jesse Tubb, a distinguished former Master Resiliency Trainer with the US Army and accomplished endurance athlete offers a structured and comprehensive curriculum.
Jesse Tubb, leveraging his expertise as a Master Resiliency Trainer and his role as a parent of a SPIRE lacrosse team member will guide participants through a tailored curriculum designed to empower team captains and coaches. The program is available at a cost of $600 for a minimum of two individuals and a maximum of six, ensuring a personalized and impactful experience for attendees.
The inaugural session kicks off in person at SPIRE on January 7th, where participants will engage in problem-solving and resilience-focused exercises, complemented by workshop learning. This hands-on experience will set the stage for the subsequent four weeks of virtual sessions facilitated by Jesse Tubb.
During the virtual sessions, participants will delve deeper into the principles introduced in the initial session. Jesse Tubb will offer valuable insights, guidance, and support to help strengthen participants’ leadership skills and improve communication within their teams.
The program concludes on February 10th, 2024, with a concluding session at SPIRE. This session will provide participants with an opportunity to apply their newfound knowledge to meet additional challenges and engage in further workshop learning. Serving as the culmination of the six-week program, this final session allows participants to showcase their growth and apply their skills in a practical setting.
