SPIRE Academy is pleased to report that on October 21st and 22nd, the school’s wrestlers participated in the highly anticipated “Super 32 Challenge” in Greensboro, North Carolina. This remarkable wrestling event featured a substantial 64-person bracket and brought together the best wrestling talents from all across the United States.
The “Super 32 Challenge” is renowned as a significant folk-style wrestling competition. Traditionally it takes place right before the official start of the wrestling season. It serves as a critical platform for top-ranked athletes and aspiring newcomers to showcase their skills and make an impression on college coaches. It’s the ideal platform for demonstrating their readiness to compete at the collegiate level.
Wrestling enthusiasts eagerly followed the competition, and with a Flowrestling subscription, fans could stay connected with all the action, including live broadcasts, highlights and in-depth coverage.
SPIRE was thrilled to have several of its outstanding wrestlers participate in this prestigious event. Brogan Fielding, Talan Hubbard and Ryan Kennedy represented the school with determination and passion. Coach Drew reported, “The boys all scrapped hard this weekend. Wrestling the best kids in the country from 50 states.” The final result were:
Regrettably, Kane Foley was unable to compete in this year’s Super 32 Challenge due to an injury. We wished him a swift recovery and looked forward to seeing him back in action soon.
